Key Details:

  • Pay: $95,000 - $115,000/year DOE
  • Location: DaVinci Digital’s office is located at Urban Office (4949 S. Macadam – Portland, OR)
  • This role will split time working from home, the office, and client sites in the Portland area.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Pacific Time)

Who You Are: You’re a dedicated, client-focused IT professional passionate about technology and customer service. You understand that technical expertise and clear communication are the foundation of successful client relationships. With your ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, you're excited to take technical ownership of client portfolios and use your technical skills to ensure smooth operations. You're a self-starter, capable of working independently and collaboratively, with deep attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Seven (7) years of experience in an IT consulting role or working for an MSP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or similar field preferred.
  • Microsoft Azure or 365 certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms, Server Administration, Windows and MAC Operating Systems, and iOS and Android mobile devices.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting server, network, and cloud-based issues.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting to client needs.
  • Patience and the ability to provide clear guidance to clients.


What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll work as the primary IT contact for assigned clients, providing hands-on technical support and consultation. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and managing various technical requests across servers, workstations, networks, and cloud platforms. Your responsibilities will extend beyond service tickets, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide strategic technology recommendations and project leadership.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve higher-level service tickets, focusing on server performance, network connectivity, and cloud service issues.
  • Act as the technical lead for assigned clients, working alongside the Professional Service Manager to ensure client success.
  • Provide technology recommendations and help clients make informed decisions based on best practices.
  • Lead or participate in client-facing projects, including scoping and implementation.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to provide effective solutions.
  • Engage in internal research, development, and training projects
