Key Details:
- Pay: $80k - $100k DOE
- Location: DaVinci Digital’s office is located at Urban Office (4949 S. Macadam – Portland, OR)
- This role will spend most of the time at client sites (~75%). The remaining time will be spent in person at Urban Office or working from home.
- Travel: 75-80% throughout OR (most travel will be in the Portland Metro area); mileage reimbursement provided
- Schedule: 40+ hours/week Monday - Friday

Who You Are: You are an experienced IT professional with a deep understanding of both the technical and human aspects of technology consulting. Through your years of experience, you have honed your skills in resolving complex issues while building strong relationships with clients. Your meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and ability to adapt to various client needs make you a standout in your field. You thrive in environments where you can think on your feet and effectively manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Additional qualifications include:
- Five (5) years of experience in an IT consulting role or seven (7) years of experience as a junior system administrator/tech support working for an MSP.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or similar field preferred.
- Microsoft Azure or 365 certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms, Server Administration, Windows and MAC Operating Systems, and iOS and Android mobile devices.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
What You’ll Do: As the IT Support Specialist 2, you will play a key role in resolving escalated service ticket issues. Tickets will be assigned based on skill level, areas of expertise, and business requirements. In addition to service ticket and project work, you may serve as the primary IT contact for assigned clients, handling a range of technical issues from Tier 2/3 support to strategic technology consulting.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Troubleshoot and resolve service tickets, including server/network performance, workstation issues, and cloud service configurations.
- Act as a technical leader for your client portfolio, collaborating with the Professional Service Manager to provide tailored technology recommendations.
- Engage in client-facing consultations, project planning, and execution, ensuring the highest standards of service.
- Lead or contribute to internal research and development projects and provide training to peers based on your areas of expertise.
